at Omniglobe Information Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi
1. Should be MCP and MCSE certified
2. Preferably from Call Center or BPO
3. At least 2 years of experience as an Administrator
4. Strong system administration skills on Win 2003 servers/ WinXP/Vista
5. Usage of remote connectivity tools like Terminal Services, VNC, DRAC, RRAS etc.
6. Enterprise Level Security patch management--Working knowledge of technical patching.
7. Knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS.
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and all subcomponents including Directory Services, AD Security, AD Sites/Subnets, and AD integrated DDNS, WINS and DHCP services.
9. AD User management/access management including permission.
10. Strong Experience in ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replications etc.
11. Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
12. Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills
